What you will do

• Drive the strategy for early value delivery to ensure client success.
• Work closely with partners to challenge and refine proposal estimates and project plans.
• Assemble the services portion of proposals, including detailed scoping, estimating, and costing.
• Align delivery capabilities with strategic business goals and client requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Director-level sales or services leadership role.
• Expertise in scoping, estimating, and costing for complex professional services projects.
• Must be located in Germany.
• Strong ability to collaborate with strategic partners and internal stakeholders.
