Salary: $130,000 - $160,000

What you will do
- Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of health plan partners, managing contracts and serving as primary point of contact.
- Track contractual requirements, develop client-facing meeting content, and execute follow-ups.
- Use data to create performance stories on key metrics and total cost of care levers.
- Collaborate with market teams on Joint Operating Committee meetings and internal governance.
- Drive escalations resolution, strategize performance improvements, and champion client needs organization-wide.
- Work with data team on reporting for care coordination and provide voice of customer input to product development.
Requirements
- 4-7+ years in client-facing or client success roles, preferably with health plans
- Understanding of healthcare ecosystem, value-based care, and Medicaid health plans
- Strong relationship-building skills and commercial mindset for high-growth goals
- Demonstrated cross-functional work in fast-growing companies
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and data storytelling abilities
- Willingness to travel (20%)
