Location: United States (Remote)

Salary: $130,000 - $160,000

Tech-enabled, pediatrician-led medical group delivering 24/7 virtual and in-home care for children with special health care needs.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of health plan partners, managing contracts and serving as primary point of contact.
  • Track contractual requirements, develop client-facing meeting content, and execute follow-ups.
  • Use data to create performance stories on key metrics and total cost of care levers.
  • Collaborate with market teams on Joint Operating Committee meetings and internal governance.
  • Drive escalations resolution, strategize performance improvements, and champion client needs organization-wide.
  • Work with data team on reporting for care coordination and provide voice of customer input to product development.

Requirements

  • 4-7+ years in client-facing or client success roles, preferably with health plans
  • Understanding of healthcare ecosystem, value-based care, and Medicaid health plans
  • Strong relationship-building skills and commercial mindset for high-growth goals
  • Demonstrated cross-functional work in fast-growing companies
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and data storytelling abilities
  • Willingness to travel (20%)
