Salary: $170,000 - $180,000/year

What you will do
- Become an expert on ’s platform, services, and value proposition within the first 3 months.
- Own a defined regional territory, managing the full sales process from prospecting to contracting.
- Develop consultative account strategies to close 5 new enterprise logos in the first 12 months.
- Identify innovative ideas for long-term client value and cultivate relationships with health plan leadership.
- Assess market opportunities, prioritize customers, and build pipeline through cross-sell/upsell.
Requirements
- 10+ years in sales/client management with proven track record in healthcare, preferably health plans
- Foundational understanding of CMS Stars programs and health plan affordability strategies
- Record of exceeding quota in hyper-growth technology organizations
- Strong knowledge of health plans and risk-bearing providers, including performance levers
- Experience prospecting enterprise deals and managing long-term partnerships
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for complex contracts with executives
- Travel up to 20-40%; ability to pass background check
