Designer (Digital)

TL;DR

Designer (Digital): Developing creative concepts and visual designs for digital experiences with an accent on social media and multi-channel digital content. Focus on translating strategy into visual assets, retouching multimedia content, and ensuring quality across deliverables.

Location: Hybrid in Chicago (minimum 3 days/week in office). Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident (Green Card holder) to obtain Level 2 Security Clearance.

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 USD

What you will do

• Design solutions and concepts for multiple digital channels, including paid social and digital out-of-home.
• Ideate and create engaging content tailored for social platforms.
• Retouch, edit, and cut photo and video assets.
• Assist in art direction by creating mood boards and storyboards.
• Provide quality assurance on all creative deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team, account managers, and project managers.

Requirements

• 1+ years of professional design and interactive work experience (plus 2+ years of education).
• Strong design portfolio demonstrating visual, interactive, and graphic design skills.
• Proficiency with modern design tools, specifically Figma and Photoshop.
• Proven experience creating content for social media.
• Strong communication skills to articulate creative ideas.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency (Green Card) is mandatory.

Nice to have

• UI and UX design experience.
• Motion graphics and video editing skills using After Effects, Adobe Premiere, and Illustrator.
• Experience working on integrated advertising campaigns.
