Focus on defining creative direction, refining ideas from concept to execution, and mentoring designers to maintain highest creative standards.

What you will do

• Lead brand, campaign, and event creative, defining visual language across campaigns, product launches, social, digital, and events.
• Direct and elevate creative work, providing direction, reviewing from concept to execution, and partnering with strategy and marketing.
• Champion AI-driven creativity by exploring AI tools for ideation, visual development, and production workflows.
• Mentor senior and mid-level designers, fostering excellence, curiosity, and constructive critique.
• Collaborate on presentations, workshops, and stakeholder alignment while owning delivery, scope, and timelines.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years in brand design with leadership experience.
• Portfolio of brand identities, marketing campaigns, and event/experiential work.
• Exceptional taste in typography, layout, and visual systems.
• Deep interest in AI and emerging technologies with hands-on AI tool experience.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into scalable creative; collaborative leadership.
• Core tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), ClickUp.
