What you will do

• Develop innovative creative assets for marketing campaigns, social media, interactive experiences, environmental branding, and digital content.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, UX teams, and others to create compelling, high-quality visuals.
• Incorporate new design technologies like AI-generated design, creative coding, 3D, and experimental motion graphics.
• Innovate and problem-solve on design challenges, balancing creativity with business objectives.
• Maintain creative consistency in Bentley’s visual identity while mentoring junior designers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience crafting industry-leading visuals.
• Portfolio showcasing innovation, storytelling, and execution.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects.
• Team-oriented with ability to collaborate across departments.
• Future-focused mindset excited by new design tools and trends.
• Individual contributor role, full-time 40 hours/week, US Eastern time zone.
