TL;DR

Senior Designer (Brand/Digital): Concept and design innovative creative across digital, print, experiential, and motion platforms with an accent on visual direction and high-quality execution. Location: Must be based in New York, NY (4 days per week in office)

Salary: $90,000 - $140,000

What you will do

• Concept and design compelling creative across digital, print, experiential, and motion media.
• Drive visual direction for branded content and campaigns from ideation to delivery.
• Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and producers to align creative solutions with client goals.
• Develop high-impact pitch decks, mockups, and visual narratives for the New Business team.
• Lead project teams and manage timelines and deliverables across multiple clients.
• Ensure all design files are prepped and archived according to studio best practices.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of professional design experience in an agency, studio, or brand environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating innovation across digital, print, and experiential design.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Deep understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in presenting ideas internally and externally.
• Ability to work from the New York office 4 days per week.

• Experience with motion design or 3D tools.
