Focus on developing personalization strategies, optimizing campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels, and building a testing roadmap to maximize player lifetime value.
Hybrid position based at headquarters in Atlanta, GA, United States. You must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. No visa sponsorship.

What you will do
- Lead development of advanced segmentation frameworks, targeting logic, and personalization strategies using behavioral and predictive data.
- Oversee planning, execution, and optimization of CRM campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels.
- Own CRM testing roadmap with A/B and multivariate tests to improve performance and player experience.
- Partner with Product, Analytics, Creative, Social, and Revenue Operations for cohesive, data-driven initiatives.
- Define KPIs, track engagement, retention, and incremental lift, providing strategic recommendations to leadership.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing CRM team with clear priorities and a test-and-learn culture.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years in CRM, retention, or performance marketing; gaming, DFS, or sports betting experience a plus.
- Proven experience leading CRM strategy and teams at scale.
- Deep expertise in segmentation, targeting, personalization, and CRM/marketing automation platforms (Braze highly preferred).
- Strong analytical mindset and experience building testing roadmaps.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.; no sponsorship available.

- Cross-functional experience with Product, Analytics, and Marketing teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with DFS or sports gaming industry.
