Salary: $124,000 - $165,000

What you will do

• Develop project execution plans, configuration, and procurement contracting during the pre-construction phase.
• Supervise daily contractor activities and inspect construction to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
• Manage on-site resources, including labor, contractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and environmental regulations.
• Document and report defects or non-conformities according to QA/QC plans and technical specifications.
• Monitor and report potential risks and emergencies to minimize project impacts.

Requirements

• 7 years of experience in the construction or management of solar, wind, and/or BESS projects.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with large, complex multidisciplinary projects and supplier interfaces.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Must be based in the USA to support operations on construction sites.
