Salary: $109,460 - $182,800

What you will do

• Prepare and manage complex engineering deliverables for multiple or mega projects across various disciplines.
• Lead large production teams and serve as the responsible charge for project execution.
• Develop and oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality requirements.
• Provide technical leadership for complex Solar + BESS projects to achieve strategic goals.
• Interface with clients to identify drivers, communicate concerns, and manage project changes.
• Mentor engineering professionals and review lower-level technical assignments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 8 years of related work experience.
• Must be based in or able to work in Denver, CO for a hybrid arrangement.
• Working knowledge of civil and electrical engineering related to Solar and BESS solutions.
• Experience in layout optimization and technical knowledge of major PV and BESS equipment.
• Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding, including background checks and drug screens.

Nice to have

• P.E. License.
• Knowledge of Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) content and its impact on design, cost, and schedule.
• Experience with FEED, feasibility studies, conceptual design, and energy production estimates.
• Knowledge of procurement and contract administration.
