Location: Greenfield, IN, United States (Remote). US applicants only.

Salary: $93,937 - $159,693 Annually

What you will do

  • Provide technical expertise in high voltage substation products as domain expert internally and externally.
  • Deliver pre-sales support including engineering, product selection, compatibility checks, and specification reviews.
  • Offer post-sales support to ensure successful product installation and commissioning.
  • Act as technical liaison for system design, implementation, startup, and maintenance.
  • Create accurate technical proposals with specifications, bill of materials, cost allocation, and risk assessment.
  • Make sales calls, identify growth opportunities, and promote value-add products competitively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field required; Master’s preferred.
  • 5+ years (7 preferred) technical experience with high voltage substation equipment (transformers, circuit breakers, switches).
  • 5+ years (7 preferred) experience in power system products sales in medium/large company.
  • Working knowledge of IEEE, ANSI, NEMA, UL, IEC standards.
  • Experience leading or directing teams; ability to travel 25%-50%.
  • Strong leadership, communication, facilitation, change management, coaching, and training skills.
