Salary: $105,000 – $125,000 (base)

What you will do

  • Deliver annual revenue growth via renewals and expansion of products, services, and lines of business.
  • Establish credibility and rapport with high-level account stakeholders through executive presence.
  • Identify client objectives and develop strategic plans to maximize ROI and satisfaction.
  • Manage the full sales cycle for complex renewals, including Salesforce pipeline and RFP proposals.
  • Conduct business reviews using data insights to guide clients' future health directions and strategic planning.
  • Monitor contractual obligations and communicate risks to internal management.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Sales or Account Management within the health industry.
  • Expertise in wellbeing, population health, navigation, or digital health.
  • Solid understanding of employee benefits and self-funded business models.
  • Proven ability in consultative selling and handling complex renewals.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
