What you will do
- Own complex client service delivery for high-priority self-funded accounts, ensuring proactive issue resolution.
- Monitor performance metrics, identify trends early, and develop engagement strategies with Strategic Account Executives.
- Lead client meetings, present data and recommendations to demonstrate value and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Implementation team for successful client onboarding and act as internal client advocate.
- Mentor junior Account Managers and handle complex escalations across departments.
- Maintain client management systems like Gainsight and Salesforce, and drive process improvements based on feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 6+ years in TPA, health plan administration, or benefits account management
- Strong understanding of ERISA, COBRA, ACA, and self-funded plan designs
- Experience supporting self-funded clients and complex plan designs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Gainsight, Salesforce, Confluence, Jira
- Strong relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills; leadership experience preferred
