What you will do

• Onboard enterprise marketing teams onto AI-driven advertising workflows to ensure rapid value realization.
• Design and execute advanced prompt engineering workflows for image, video, and copy ad formats.
• Consult clients on merging brand guidelines with AI-native production processes while maintaining aesthetic standards.
• Set up and optimize A/B testing frameworks to improve ROI, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate client feedback into platform enhancements.
• Experiment with new generative AI models and techniques to increase creative output quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience in client-facing creative, strategy, or solutions roles (e.g., Creative Strategist, Art Director).
• Strong portfolio of high-quality visual work, including AI-generated or AI-assisted assets.
• Deep hands-on expertise with generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, or Veo.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing on platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Fluency in prompt engineering and AI-first creative workflows.
• Must be based in the United States.
