What you will do

• Prospect and cold call industrial tenants and owners across metro Atlanta to generate new tenant representation and leasing opportunities.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of occupier clients through consistent outreach and face-to-face meetings.
• Execute the full real estate transaction cycle, including property tours, proposal preparation, and lease negotiations.
• Analyze market-level data and comps using proprietary research platforms to inform client advisory.
• Perform financial modeling and analysis to support tenant advisory, lease comparisons, and investment underwriting.
• Contribute to landlord leasing assignments and investment sales pursuits across the industrial portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or commercial real estate.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Georgia real estate license must be obtained within 60 days of start date.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis; experience with CRM tools preferred.
• Strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
