What you will do

• Execute full life cycle recruiting for exempt, non-exempt, and temporary positions.
• Consult with hiring managers to define role requirements and determine applicant qualifications.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through community services, colleges, and professional networks.
• Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS), including resume routing and headcount reporting.
• Coordinate candidate interviews, travel arrangements, and the offer letter process.
• Administer the Employee Referral System and maintain temporary personnel logs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience in a similar environment.
• Working knowledge of OFCCP environment and employment law.
• Proficiency with HRIS, ATS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be located within commuting distance of Pawtucket, RI.
