What you will do

• Act as a strategic advisor to clients, helping define and achieve their business goals.
• Develop annual strategic and tactical plans for clients and individual campaigns.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to generate revenue and ensure profitability.
• Manage and mentor internal teams to maximize efficiency and support professional growth.
• Oversee project delivery to ensure work is strategically on-target and delivered within budget.
• Stay current on industry developments, including science, competitors, and regulations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in advertising, marketing, communications, or journalism.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech marketing, medical affairs, or a medical communications agency.
• Proven experience successfully managing and growing healthcare accounts valued at $1M+.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced PowerPoint design skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and time management skills.

• Advanced degree (PhD, MD, or PharmD) in life sciences, pharmacy, or medicine.
