What you will do

• Serve as the primary strategic advisor to clients, helping them define and achieve their business goals.
• Generate and grow revenue by identifying, cultivating, and pitching new business opportunities.
• Develop annual strategic and tactical plans for clients and individual campaigns.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Strategic Account Directors, Managers, and Associates to facilitate their growth.
• Manage client budgets and team efficiency to ensure maximum return for both the client and the company.
• Stay current on science, regulations, and competitor developments within the healthcare industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree (PhD, MD, PharmD, or MBA) is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in pharma/biotech marketing, medical affairs, or medical communications agency.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing healthcare accounts valued at $2.5M+.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong PowerPoint design skills.
• Ability to interpret complex scientific data and market dynamics.
