Salary: $105,000 - $115,000

What you will do
- Own revenue and expansion targets, managing complex renewals and Salesforce pipelines.
- Build and maintain credibility with executive stakeholders through deep domain expertise and presence.
- Develop actionable, client-specific strategic plans based on identified objectives and challenges.
- Deliver thought leadership via business reviews, executive reporting, and data-driven presentations.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and maintain strict contractual compliance.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure seamless service and strategy execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in sales or client success within health insurance, employee benefits, or the healthcare industry.
- TPA experience is required.
- Deep understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem, self-funded business, and managed care products.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven track record in complex RFP proposals and contract negotiations.
