What you will do

• Own entity compliance for corporate entities in good standing across US and Canada, handling reports and state requests independently.
• Monitor intellectual property, hunt infringements, draft cease-and-desist letters.
• Investigate complex consumer escalations, propose solutions, lead compliance training.
• Review products and processes for compliance risks, partner with Engineering and Product teams for improvements.
• Lead compliance audits, monitor risks, set industry benchmarks.
• Automate legal workflows using AI and low-code tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from rigorous academic program with high performance
• Proven resourcefulness and driver mindset: solve problems independently, close loops.
• Interest in AI/technology for workflow optimization; prefer automated tools over manuals.
• Impeccable attention to detail and organizational rigor for zero-error compliance.
