BI Analyst (Acquisition Marketing)

What you will do

• Build and maintain marketing performance dashboards and reports.
• Automate recurring reporting and operational workflows to improve accuracy and reduce manual effort.
• Manage and perform QA for marketing data pipelines across various paid channels.
• Monitor daily performance of acquisition channels and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Support channel leaders in implementing and executing incrementality tests and strategies.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to provide data-driven recommendations for media buying decisions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in data and analytics, specifically supporting paid media channels.
• Hands-on experience with digital channels, app-based acquisition, and MMP platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Valid US work authorization (no sponsorship provided).

• Proficiency in Python for modeling, automation, or statistical analysis.
