What you will do

  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to design tailored solutions and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions to align customer business objectives with platform capabilities.
  • Build integration architectures connecting the platform with eCommerce and CRM ecosystems like Magento, Salesforce, Shopify, and Dynamics.
  • Deliver customized demos and proof-of-concepts to validate value against specific client needs.
  • Act as the technical conduit between Sales/CS and Professional Services to ensure smooth handovers.
  • Provide product and competitive enablement for the revenue team to champion internal innovation.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience as a Solution Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Solutions Architect in B2B SaaS (MarTech, eCommerce, or CRM).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex mid-market and enterprise sales cycles from discovery to technical close.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a solid understanding of REST API implementation.
  • Knowledge of data flows, ETL processes, and systems integration architectures.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into precise artefacts, such as process diagrams and functional specifications.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot) and API clients like Postman.
