Presales Solutions Consultant (AI)

Location: UK-based, with existing right to work in the UK; office, home or hybrid work and travel to client sites across the UK. Occasional travel to Poland and Lithuania and working overlap with Central and Eastern European time zones. Visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Support technical sales pitches, lead client Q&A sessions and run demonstrations.
• Capture client requirements and expectations and communicate them to delivery and analysis teams.
• Supervise the development team conducting agentic technical discoveries and ensure client concerns are addressed.
• Create client proposals and own the technical content and client-facing presentation of discovery findings.
• Work with Sales on technical defensibility, distinguishing evidence-based commitments from unsupported claims.
• Turn discovery findings and open questions into follow-ups and momentum for future Discovery work.

Requirements

• At least four years of client-facing experience in presales, solution consulting, business architecture or technical account management within SaaS or software services.
• Experience creating technical content for competitive proposals and presenting to CTO, CIO, engineering leadership and procurement audiences.
• Software delivery experience and understanding of SDD, agentic development, cloud, CI/CD, technical debt, data migration, dependencies and service-based architectures.
• Working familiarity with .NET, Java, Node, Python, React and Angular ecosystems, plus GitHub or GitLab, Jira, Confluence and Azure DevOps.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts accurately in plain business language and critically assess AI-generated outputs.
• Native or near-native idiomatic English in a UK business register; existing UK right to work is required.

Nice to have

• Experience positioning fixed-price, pod-based, outcome-based or managed-service delivery models.
• Discovery or requirements workshop facilitation and experience with RFPs or RFIs.
• Exposure to healthcare, financial services, insurance or public-sector environments.
