Location: Remote (USA only, US citizenship required, ability to obtain/maintain federal security clearance), Arlington, VA
Salary: $145,000 - $170,000 a year

What you will do
- Serve as lead architect for OCM strategy, integrating best practices to drive adoption of clinical informatics solutions.
- Oversee change impact assessments, readiness planning, and Agile-aligned OCM roadmaps linked to project milestones.
- Coordinate rollout of EHR systems, interoperability tools, and process enhancements across VHA enterprise.
- Author and execute communication campaigns and facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions with leaders, clinicians, and IT personnel.
- Develop and deliver training programs for clinical and technical audiences, assessing needs and measuring competency.
- Support Agile ceremonies, collect feedback, report on adoption metrics, and mitigate resistance to change.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in health informatics, healthcare administration, organizational development, or related field.
- 10 years of professional relevant experience; 8+ years in change management or organizational development in healthcare or federal health IT.
- 5+ years implementing OCM for clinical informatics, EHR transitions, or interoperability projects.
- Demonstrated experience with Agile project delivery (Program Increment planning, backlog management, stakeholder readiness).
- Expertise in formal OCM frameworks (Prosci, ADKAR) for large-scale health informatics initiatives.
- Proven ability to develop training and communications for clinical/technical stakeholders; familiarity with VA platforms (VistA/CPRS, Cerner) and standards (HL7, FHIR).
- US citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain federal security clearance (Public Trust or higher).
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in relevant discipline.
- Prosci Certification or equivalent; SAFe Practitioner, CSM, or Agile certification.
- Healthcare IT certifications (CPHIMS, CAHIMS, RHIA, Clinical Informatics).
- Recent OCM leadership for VA or federal healthcare transformations.
- Experience with clinical safety standards and modern communication/training technologies.
