What you will do

• Support day-to-day project activities including timelines, status reports, hot sheets, and project routing on accounts totaling $1M–$2M.
• Collaborate with teams to maintain communication, anticipate challenges, and contribute to solutions.
• Assist with Workfront tasks like project setup, tracking, reporting, and budget management.
• Schedule and facilitate internal meetings, provide proactive updates on timelines and resourcing.
• Learn agency framework, clients, regulatory processes, and risk mitigation.
• Engage in mentorship and training to develop project management skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or similar field preferred
• 1+ years of professional experience preferred
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite and Mac OS
• Healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences experience a plus
• Strong collaboration, adaptability, initiative, and accountability
