What you will do

• Define and maintain the technical architecture for Dynamics 365 across the business unit.
• Coordinate with omnichannel delivery partners to ensure solutions align with architectural standards.
• Develop reusable architectural patterns and reference architectures in collaboration with group architects.
• Oversee integration design and establish technical standards and compliance.
• Produce architecture blueprints, integration frameworks, and comprehensive technical documentation.
• Provide technical guidance to internal teams and ensure solution assurance.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service, Sales).
• Strong experience with Azure DevOps.
• Proven ability to design scalable, secure, and compliant enterprise solutions.
• Experience working within regulated corporate environments.
