hirify.global is recruiting for a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Microsoft Partner specializing in cloud, infrastructure, and business application solutions.

What you will do

• Lead the design, governance, and delivery of AI-driven automation architectures across Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, HALO PSA, and NinjaOne.
• Define and enforce robust software development lifecycles (SDLCs) specifically for AI and automation initiatives.
• Build proof of concepts and reference architectures to validate technical design decisions.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement automation-first, AI-enabled solutions to improve delivery.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on AI strategy and practical adoption.
• Ensure all architectures are secure, scalable, and aligned with industry security standards.

Requirements

• Significant experience designing and delivering AI/automation solutions within an MSP or complex service-led environment.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse).
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell and/or Python.
• Development experience with C#, REST APIs, Webhooks, and integration patterns.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model from the Birmingham or Bolton office.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business solutions.
