What you will do

• Perform cross-system troubleshooting and design for recoverability and observability.
• Manage and improve system documentation and architectural diagrams.
• Collaborate with technical leaders to develop mentoring and growth plans.
• Translate high-level initiatives into actionable technical stories.
• Influence the technical direction of the team to align with business outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in system design and complex troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and technical documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across various organizational levels.
