What you will do

• Lead, manage, and coordinate Level 2/3 technical resources for installations and NG911/non-911 implementation projects.
• Act as escalation point for complex issues, validate architectures, and ensure configuration standardization per NG911 standards.
• Support deployments from design to go-live, including testing, migrations, upgrades, and transitions to operations.
• Diagnose root causes in FreeSWITCH SBC/PBX, AVAYA platforms, call flows, ESInet integrations, and high-availability setups.
• Maintain documentation, define standards, and drive continuous improvement in processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 8-12 years in VoIP/IP telephony or mission-critical environments; experience delivering complex deployments and leading technical teams.
• Strong expertise in SIP/VoIP, FreeSWITCH, AVAYA (asset), Linux/CLI, PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of NG911 architectures, ACD, SIPREC, high-availability, ESInet.
• Advanced troubleshooting, technical leadership, communication skills.
• Reliability security clearance required; legally authorized to work in Canada.
