What you will do

• Lead and manage a software development team focused on compliance environments and multi-region enablement, including hiring and career development.
• Own delivery and operational outcomes for regulated deployments, starting with FedRAMP and expanding to other frameworks.
• Drive the technical and execution strategy for consistent and safe multi-region deployments.
• Partner with Security, Compliance, and Product teams to meet regulatory requirements while minimizing architectural drift.
• Guide architectural decisions for infrastructure, CI/CD workflows, and deployment patterns.
• Manage planning, prioritization, and execution for regional launches, audits, and platform investments.

Requirements

• Experience leading software development teams responsible for platform, infrastructure, or compliance-critical systems.
• Strong technical background in cloud infrastructure, deployment automation, and modern application architectures.
• Proven track record of delivering in regulated environments such as FedRAMP, SOC2, or HIPAA.
• Experience in cross-functional leadership across security, compliance, and product teams.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous problem spaces and scale solutions.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical and regulatory constraints into actionable plans.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with AWS GovCloud and global multi-region deployments.
• Experience designing region-agnostic platforms and deployment pipelines.
• Familiarity with Terraform and environment management frameworks like Atmos.
• Experience supporting audits or working with external assessors.
