What you will do

• Develop and execute the end-to-end technology and operations strategy for Payments.
• Lead the reliability, performance, and resilience of hirify.global Debit platforms to ensure 24/7 operational excellence.
• Drive the modernization of debit platforms, incorporating modern software engineering and DevOps practices.
• Collaborate with CISO, Risk, Legal, and Architecture teams to ensure security and regulatory compliance.
• Manage financial planning, capacity management, and cost optimization for the Debit Payments portfolio.
• Lead and inspire high-performing technology teams, fostering a culture of engineering excellence.

Requirements

• 15+ years of leadership experience in Technology Delivery and Operations.
• Deep expertise in payments technology, transaction processing, or high-volume, low-latency platforms.
• Proven track record of operating mission-critical platforms with 99.99% availability.
• Experience modernizing legacy systems and implementing automation across build and deployment domains.
• Strong knowledge of security and risk management within the financial services ecosystem.
• Eligibility to work for hirify.global Corp. in Canada in a full-time capacity.
