What you will do

• Lead and scale the Growth Software Development organization across multiple teams.
• Own the technical strategy for GTM enablement, onboarding, activation, and monetization systems.
• Drive a product-led growth engine, focusing on freemium-to-paid conversion and packaging.
• Build platforms and tooling to support customers managing thousands of assets across multiple sites.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to design and build scalable growth infrastructure across the GTM funnel.
• Hire, mentor, and develop software development leaders and engineers.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading growth, onboarding, or marketplace teams for consumer or B2B products.
• Track record of scaling organizations with multiple managers and teams, including performance management.
• Strong technical foundation to guide architecture and execution for complex software systems.
• Data-driven mindset using experimentation and customer insights to drive decisions.
• Experience building 0→1 systems and scaling them as volume increases.
• Must be based in Canada.

• Experience building agentic solutions.
• Experience in B2B software, Product Led Growth, or Marketplaces.
