Salary: $130k - $160k / year

What you will do
- Develop channel strategy across paid, organic, affiliate/partner, events, and outbound, identifying high-leverage opportunities
- Oversight of paid media: Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, and TikTok
- Direct SEO and content in partnership with agency
- Manage partner/affiliate program mechanics: payments, enablement, links, and performance
- Administer HubSpot: workflows, dashboards, attribution, data hygiene
- Validate attribution and report weekly L10 growth metrics to CEO
- Handle full-cycle event management for key industry events
- Design, build or buy, and improve agentic marketing systems and automations
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS growth marketing; 2+ years at director level or above
- Personally managed Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and programmatic ads
- HubSpot admin experience: built workflows, dashboards, attribution, data hygiene
- GA4 and GTM fluency: set up events and build funnel reports
- SEO hands-on: keyword research in SEMrush/Ahrefs, backlinks, on-page optimization
- Strong writer for headlines, ad copy, landing pages, scripts
- AI-native: daily AI tool user, built agentic automations
- Autonomous: given goals, builds plans independently
Nice to have
- Experience marketing to real estate professionals, investors, or mortgage brokers
- End-to-end partner/affiliate program ownership
- EOS operating experience
- Track record building agentic or AI-powered marketing systems
