What you will do

• Lead and develop global teams across Marketing Automation (MAT), CRO, Marketing Analytics, and Marketing AI.
• Define and execute global growth strategies aligned with business goals across various markets and verticals.
• Drive the use of experimentation and data analytics to optimize lead generation, lead scoring, and conversion funnels.
• Own the global marketing tech stack and automation strategy to ensure scalable campaign execution.
• Collaborate with UX, design, and content teams to continually test and improve user journeys.
• Implement generative AI tools to enhance marketing effectiveness and enrich customer profiles.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in growth, performance, or marketing operations, ideally in global SaaS or eCommerce.
• 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional and remote teams.
• Proven success managing or scaling Marketing Automation, CRO, or Data teams.
• Deep understanding of modern marketing tech stacks including Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, GCP, BigQuery, and GA4.
• Fluency in English is required as the primary working language.
• Must be based in Ontario, Canada to be eligible for the stated compensation.

Nice to have

• Experience in the POS, retail tech, or hospitality tech industries.
• Familiarity with privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
