What you will do

• Lead and develop high-performing global teams across Marketing Automation (MAT), CRO, Analytics, and Marketing AI.
• Define and execute global growth strategies aligned with business goals across diverse markets and verticals.
• Drive lead generation and retention through continuous experimentation, data analytics, and conversion funnel optimization.
• Own the global marketing tech stack and automation strategy to ensure scalable execution of campaigns.
• Implement AI-driven initiatives to improve marketing efficiency and enrich prospect profiles using genAI.
• Collaborate with the Data Office to define KPIs and create a culture of performance measurement.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in growth, performance, or marketing operations, ideally in global SaaS or eCommerce.
• 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional and remote teams.
• Proven track record of scaling Marketing Automation, AI, CRO, or Data teams.
• Deep expertise in modern marketing stacks (Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, GCP, BigQuery, Looker, GA4).
• Fluency in English is required as the working language for this global position.

Nice to have

• Experience in POS, retail tech, or hospitality tech industries.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
