What you will do

• Design and build foundations for 0-1 initiatives within Operations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop, execute, and scale products and processes addressing core business challenges.
• Analyze data to shape strategies, identify improvements, and deliver on roadmap priorities and OKRs.
• Build and manage a growing team to achieve operational objectives.

Requirements

• 7+ years in operational roles at high-growth companies (consulting, finance, or business ops background preferred).
• 2+ years of people management experience; passion for team building and talent development.
• Data fluency for solving ambiguous problems through complex analysis.
• Thrive in ambiguity, drive outcomes, and shape strategy in unfamiliar challenges.
• Operational excellence managing multiple moving parts; strong collaborator holding teams accountable.
