What you will do

• Develop partnership strategies and storytelling narratives to define value creation and revenue impact.
• Build complex financial models for deal structuring, including pricing scenarios, margin analysis, and revenue projections.
• Conduct market sizing and competitive intelligence to identify new product categories and distribution channels.
• Execute ad hoc strategic analysis for potential acquisitions and board-level briefing memos.
• Translate high-level strategic direction into concrete, usable deliverables like decks and financial models.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of professional experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or corporate development.
• Advanced financial modeling skills, including the ability to build revenue projections and sensitivity analysis from scratch.
• Precise and structured written communication skills for executive-level memos and partnership decks.
• Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure environments with compressed timelines and ambiguity.
• Must be eligible for US-based benefits (401k, US health insurance).
