What you will do

• Provide process mining support using Celonis to identify improvement opportunities and measure change impact.
• Design, document, and implement to-be process flows for ticket routing, client intake, and escalation paths.
• Develop real-time dashboards and visualizations to surface bottlenecks, rework loops, and throughput issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis and conformance checks to bridge gaps between designed processes and actual execution.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact candidates for AI and automation initiatives based on process mining data.
• Collaborate with CE Ops teams to present data-backed recommendations and drive the adoption of new workflows.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in process analysis, business analysis, or operational excellence.
• Must be based in: Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Malaysia, Paraguay, Philippines, Thailand, Uruguay, or Vietnam.
• Hands-on experience with Celonis or equivalent process mining tools (Signavio, Minit, UiPath).
• Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in SQL and working with event logs.
• Understanding of process optimization methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Ability to translate complex data findings into clear business recommendations for various stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of AI/ML applications in operations, such as chatbots or intelligent routing.
• Experience with automation platforms like Zapier, n8n, or Make.
• Familiarity with Zendesk or Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Basic Python scripting skills for data manipulation and analysis.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Yellow or Green Belt).
