What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end sales compensation cycle, including target setting and bonus calculations via Amalia, Salesforce, and Workday.
  • Design and iterate compensation frameworks, incentive rules, and accelerators to drive sales performance.
  • Develop 6-to-12-month strategic plans covering headcount, KPIs, targets, and budgets for sales and partnership teams.
  • Perform deep-dive analyses on sales incrementality, BPO performance, and campaign ROI to inform leadership decisions.
  • Act as a strategic business partner to Growth leadership and Finance to ensure data-driven and fair compensation decisions.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Analysis within a sales-driven environment.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel/Sheets for complex modeling and forecasting.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and compensation tools (Amalia or equivalent).
  • Deep understanding of sales compensation mechanics, including variable pay structures and accelerators.
  • English: B2-C1 level minimum required.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Paris.

Nice to have

  • Experience in high-growth tech companies such as Fintech, SaaS, or marketplaces.
  • Fluency in using AI and LLM-enabled tools to accelerate analysis and reporting.
