What you will do

  • Build and maintain an active sales pipeline targeting PSAPs, fire, police, and municipal organizations.
  • Articulate value propositions for NG9-1-1 and emergency notification solutions in compliance with CRTC and provincial standards.
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving procurement teams, technical authorities, and executive leadership.
  • Demonstrate software solutions to agency leadership and end-users.
  • Collaborate with Canadian telecom providers and system integrators to support deployments.
  • Manage all sales activities and forecasting within Salesforce CRM.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of sales experience, including 3–5+ years selling public safety technology.
  • Fluently bilingual in English and French.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and building pipelines in the Canadian market.
  • Ability to travel up to 75%.
  • Must successfully pass comprehensive Canadian security and background screening (including RCMP-based criminal record checks and CPIC).
