Location: Remote (Must be based in Canada or the United States)
Salary: 110K + Commission (OTE up to 220K)

What you will do
- Identify and pursue net-new municipal utility opportunities within a defined territory.
- Lead full sales cycles from initial engagement through RFP, evaluation, and contract execution.
- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline and provide accurate bookings forecasts.
- Partner with Technical Sales Engineers to deliver tailored demonstrations and technical validation.
- Maintain accurate and timely CRM (Salesforce) updates to ensure forecast visibility.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise software sales with a focus on net-new business development.
- Demonstrated success managing complex, full-cycle sales processes and multi-stakeholder committees.
- Must hold a current, valid passport and be legally eligible for international travel to Canada, the US, and the Caribbean.
- Must be based in Canada or the United States.
- Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Nice to have
- Experience selling to municipal utilities, public sector, or regulated industries.
- Familiarity with CIS, billing, AMI, or customer service platforms.
- Experience in RFP-driven sales environments and complex configurable enterprise software.
