What you will do
- Own execution of enablement programs aligned to GTM priorities and standards.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations on launches and initiatives.
- Translate business needs into enablement plans, training, and resources.
- Drive adoption of MEDDPICC and Challenger methodologies via training and reinforcement.
- Build playbooks, curricula, and learning assets; facilitate workshops and sessions.
- Track effectiveness with metrics and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years in enablement, training, or GTM program ownership
- 2+ years in revenue-generating sales role (SDR, AE, CSM, etc.)
- Experience designing and delivering structured training programs
- Working knowledge of MEDDPICC and Challenger sales methodologies
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Must pass FBI CJIS fingerprint-based background check and maintain security clearances
