Base Salary: $129,000 - $152,000 (varies by US location, higher-cost markets at upper end); TTC: $142,000 - $168,000 + stock options and benefits.

What you will do

• Develop scalable backend services and performant frontend applications for case management workflows.
• Build accessible, user-friendly interfaces using modern UI frameworks.
• Write testable, observable code meeting performance and quality standards.
• Participate in system design reviews and propose scalable improvements.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams in agile environment.
• Contribute to documentation, code reviews, on-call rotations, and production issue triaging.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or equivalent + 5–8 years professional fullstack experience.
• Proficiency in React, CSS, Node.js, TypeScript.
• Experience designing/consuming RESTful APIs and relational databases (PostgreSQL).
• Strong software engineering practices, system design, debugging.
• Ownership of medium-to-large features from idea to production.
• Effective communication in distributed teams.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with regulated domains (healthcare) and high-availability infrastructure.
• Containerized environments (Docker, AWS ECS/EKS), CI/CD, infrastructure as code.
• Event-driven architecture or microservices with async workflows.
