What you will do

• Design, build, and ship full-stack features using Node, TypeScript, and React in a cloud-native environment (AWS/GCP).
• Integrate AI tools into the development workflow to accelerate implementation and improve code quality.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of services, including deployment, observability, reliability, and on-call support.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers in small cross-functional pods to deliver customer-impacting outcomes.
• Mentor and pair with other engineers to elevate team standards and engineering practices.
• Debug complex issues across distributed systems and make sound architectural decisions.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Must be located within the United States.
• Strong proficiency with TypeScript, Node, and React.
• Experience designing and owning production systems in cloud environments (AWS or GCP).
• Proven track record of mentoring other engineers and working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Experience utilizing AI tools to enhance development workflows and outcomes.
