What you will do

• Own hirify.global’s Payer Product strategy from inception
• Build products enabling payers to design and deliver flexible mental health benefits
• Partner with senior executives at major payers to co-create innovative solutions
• Lead and grow a team of Product Managers and engineers
• Balance short-term deliverables with long-term strategic initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally for seamless integration across the business

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of payer/insurance models and passion to reinvent mental health financing
• Thrive in ambiguous environments, creating strategy and structure
• Experience partnering with large complex organizations to drive change
• Strong communication to influence executives, employers, and product teams

Nice to have

• Experience in digital health startups, healthcare consulting, or building in regulated industries
