What you will do

  • Define and drive the product strategy for interoperability capabilities aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Translate complex customer, partner, and technical requirements into clear product specifications and actionable roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Partnerships to deliver platform enhancements.
  • Navigate interoperability standards and regulatory requirements to guide product direction.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation and development through launch and iteration.
  • Communicate the product vision and technical trade-offs to diverse stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, specifically within healthcare technology or platform products.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare interoperability, including APIs and EHR integrations.
  • Familiarity with interoperability standards such as FHIR or HL7.
  • Strong technical fluency in system design, APIs, and data models.
  • Proven ability to deliver in fast-paced, ambiguous enterprise environments.
