Salary: $162,453 – $236,911

What you will do

• Define and own the full lifecycle strategy for specialty, multicultural, and innovative insurance products, including launch and evolution decisions.
• Identify opportunities driven by member needs, health disparities, and utilization insights to shape new product offerings.
• Develop product intents, roadmaps, and investment strategies aligned with enterprise growth and equity goals.
• Lead innovation in benefit design and clinically informed plan models tailored to specific populations.
• Oversee financial and performance tracking, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Partner with actuarial, clinical, legal, and regulatory teams to ensure compliant and scalable product development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in business, healthcare, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in commercial insurance product development and management.
• 8+ years of leadership experience managing teams, including managers or senior contributors.
• Strong expertise in building business cases, forecasting, ROI analysis, and long-term financial modeling.
• Deep understanding of insurance product design, healthcare markets, and regulatory environments.
• Must be based in eligible U.S. states.
