Location: United States. Hybrid and remote work models based on proximity to office hubs. Travel is expected for team and company-wide offsites several times a year.

What you will do
- Own pipeline math by building KPI frameworks for conversion rates, ramp timelines, and capacity planning.
- Coach SDRs through individualized development plans, 1:1s, call reviews, and feedback loops to build discovery and objection-handling skills.
- Hire, onboard, and ramp SDR talent quickly with scalable infrastructure.
- Experiment with outreach sequences, messaging, and channels, then document and scale what works.
- Maintain accountability, identify performance gaps, and make data-backed people decisions.
- Partner with Marketing, Revenue Ops, Sales Enablement, and AEs on targeting, handoffs, and pipeline health.
- Contribute insights to revenue leadership for organizational growth.
Requirements
- 3–5 years relevant experience, including 2–3 years as high-performing SDR/BDR/AE and 2 years managing new logo SDR team in B2B SaaS.
- Data-driven management with CRM reporting and Salesforce proficiency.
- Deep outbound expertise in building sequences, playbooks, and pipeline from cold outreach.
- Exceptional coaching, people development, and feedback skills.
- Resilience in hypergrowth, cross-functional collaboration, and ownership mindset.
- Experience managing distributed teams across remote and in-person setups.
