What you will do

• Own end-to-end execution of marketing projects from initiation through completion.
• Partner with stakeholders to document project goals and translate them into clear plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Drive day-to-day project execution, monitoring progress and addressing delays or blockers to maintain momentum.
• Maintain accountability for deliverables across cross-functional teams, ensuring clear ownership.
• Manage project calendars, schedules, and provide consistent status updates to internal stakeholders.
• Capture learnings from completed projects to improve future operational efficiency and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience coordinating and managing projects in the creative content and marketing industry.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Excellent creative writing, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• 3+ years of project coordinator experience.
