What you will do

• Develop comprehensive project plans ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Manage and prioritize the marketing team’s backlog, ensuring tasks are properly scoped and resourced.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute programs within larger marketing campaigns.
• Track project progress and milestones, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope.
• Lead stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives to foster continuous improvement.
• Analyze and optimize existing marketing workflows to improve efficiency and drive operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of project management experience within a fast-paced marketing team.
• Understanding of agile project management practices and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with project management software (ClickUp or Workfront preferred).
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Atlanta.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with marketing workflows, campaigns, or creative processes.
• Experience in the tech industry.
